Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Once you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation immediately.
Please allow up to three (3) days for Guava to create your item(s).
Once your product has been created and delivered to the Post Office, you will receive an email notification that your item has been delivered to the Post Office.
According to the Cayman Islands Post Office’s website, it should take two (2) days to place the package into your P.O. Box and would be ready for pick up on the following day.
International Shipping
Once you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation immediately.
Please allow up to three (3) days for Guava to create your item(s).
Once created, your order will be sent to a courier (FedEX,DHL) to be delivered to the address you have entered. A tracking number will be provided as soon as possible, and the package should be with you within the time stipulated by the courier (FedEX,DHL).
Due to the nature of international shipping, we will reach out to you via info@guava.ky to ensure the order and the address are both correct
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.
Please add info@guava.ky to your safe senders list so that any emails about your order do not go to Junk Mail.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.
As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless for the specific reasons listed.
