Refund policy
To be eligible for consideration of a discount, partial refund, full refund, or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that once a product has been worn or used in anyway, you will not be eligible for a discount, partial refund, full refund, or exchange.

If we accept your request, you will receive your respective renumeration, as well as instructions on how and where to send your products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of Guava's products are non-returnable/refundable as they are all made-to-order and exceptions will only be made where the conditions above are true.
International Shipments
Due to the cost and time of international shipments, photos of the products will be taken before hand and sent via email to the customer to ensure satisfaction before its journey.
Discounts, partial refunds, full refunds, or exchanges are possible, but are contingent that the products were either received (a) in poor condition (b) different that ordered (c) not sent to a courier within the time period stipulated in our Shipping Policy.
